We hope you are doing fantastic! Christmas time is approaching and we are wanting to know if you are interested in our Christmas adoption program this year. The following is our “Elf List” of requirements that MUST be followed in order to participate. Make your list and check it twice!
what you need to know
Graduates must live within 50 miles of Liberty, MO to be able to participate in Hillcrest Hope Christmas adoption.
Get your list in ON TIME! Deadline is October 21, 2019.
Completely fill out your list. List 7 “needs” and 7 “wants” to provide a variety of ideas for the donor. This is a wish list, not a guarantee that you will receive these items. If you do not provide enough information, you will not be adopted. Remember parents: you must fill one out for yourself and please remind your kids to be budget conscious.
As a reminder, if your child is now over 18, they are not eligible for Christmas adoption through Hillcrest Hope.
Game systems: If a game is on your list, please provide the game system you own.
Extra contact information: Please provide your current phone number and an extra name and phone number of a family or friend that we can call when your presents are ready.
Be specific: When filling out the forms, please be as specific as possible. Please state sizes and styles of clothing, shoes, and bedding set sizes. *Please be mindful: name brands may be substituted due to cost.
Pick up: We will call and/or text when presents are ready. Do not come until you have been contacted. Be prepared to pick-up December 13th and 14th. Gifts must be picked up within these dates.
Don’t double up: If you choose to accept assistance from another organization, Hillcrest Hope will not be able to adopt you for Christmas.
Any late Christmas applications may not be adopted. Late submissions will be put on a list and, if a donor is available, then those will be adopted.
We are no longer accepting Christmas applications.
If you are need of other Christmas resources, please reference the Hillcrest Hope Graduate Group where we will post these. All resources that we provide are listed on the United Way Hotline, 2-1-1.
